Clough's Bidder's Statement

In accordance with section 633(1) item 5 of the Corporations Act 2001 (cth), attached is a copy of the bidder's statement and offer document of Clough Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 26 109 444 279) relating to its proportional takeover offer to acquire 1 of every 2 Forge Group Limited (ABN 58 065 226) shares (Offer document).
