Ross Kelly retires from Clough Board

Clough Limited has today announced that Mr Ross Kelly has advised of his retirement from the Clough Limited Board of Directors, effective 19 August 2008, after 12 years in office.
Mr Kelly, who was appointed to the Clough Limited Board in 1996, has served as Chairman between December 2002 and September 2003 and as an Independent Non-Executive Director between November 1996 until December 2002 and again from September 2003 until now. During this time he has worked through the transition of the company from the Clough family ownership, and his guidance has helped the company restructure and reposition itself for long term resource and infrastructure opportunities and supported the employment of a world class executive team.
“Ross has been an invaluable member of the Board, has chaired the Audit and Remunerations committees and several sub-committees and, through his own experiences and wisdom, has provided significant guidance to the Clough Limited Board and executive team”, said Mike Harding, Chairman Clough Limited.
