Correction to Australian Financial Review Article

15 July 2008

Clough would like to confirm that contrary to the article in today’s Australian Financial Review it is in no way involved in the Hinchinbrook real estate portfolio in Queensland.

As previously announced, Clough Limited has taken the decision to exit its property business and to focus on its core engineering, construction and asset support businesses. John Tucker is no longer employed by Clough Limited and is pursuing property opportunities independently of the Clough Group through his privately owned property development consultancy, Twin Ocean Property Pty Ltd.
