Clough changes to the Board

5 June 2008

Clough announced today that Mr Campbell M. Anderson has advised of his retirement from the Clough Limited Board of Directors, effective 30 June 2008. Ms Emma Stein will be appointed to the Board, effective 1 July 2008.

Mr Anderson, who was appointed to the Clough Limited Board in September 2003, has worked with the Board to consolidate the company’s operations, reduce risk and dispose of non-core assets. During this time he has worked through the transition of the company from Clough family control to a majority shareholding by Murray & Roberts. He has helped guide the company restructure that has seen it reposition itself for long term oil and gas
opportunities and supported the employment of a world class executive team.

“This has resulted in the securing of several major contract awards and provides a very positive future for Clough”, said Mike Harding, Chairman Clough Limited.

“We now have a strong focus on the rapidly growing offshore oil and gas and onshore gas processing markets as well as mining and water infrastructure opportunities.”

Ms Emma Stein, who will replace Mr Anderson, is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair serving on the boards of listed companies ARC Energy and DUET (majority owners of the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline).

“Ms Stein brings a wealth of experience to the Board with a comprehensive set of commercial skills in international energy and utilities markets”, said Mr Harding.

Ms Stein has considerable experience with industrial customers, investments in long life assets and projects, and the upstream oil and gas sector.

Formerly she was the UK Managing Director for French utility Gaz de France's energy retailing operations. Having moved to Australia in 2003, she began a career as a Non-Executive Director and took up appointments in NSW Integral Energy and the Growth Centres Commission.

She is an Ambassador for the Guides and state president for charity, NAPCAN (which works
to prevent child abuse).
