Neil Siford Neil joined Clough in 2006 as Finance Manager for Capital Projects and Asset Support and held a variety of senior finance management positions before being promoted to his current position of Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of business and financial management experience gained in international organisations in the UK and Australia. |

Bill Boyle Bill joined Clough in September 2008 with twenty five years experience in the contracting sector. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Purchasing and Supply professional. Having worked in the building and civil engineering sectors in the United Kingdom, Bill entered the oil industry in 1987 with Total in Aberdeen. He joined Stena Offshore in 1992, leaving that company, which had become Technip, in 2003, where he was Senior Vice President for the SURF division of the Atlantic Region, based in Houston. In 2003, he joined Wood Group in Houston, as Vice President, for the North America and International Production Facilities business. In 2005, Bill returned to Scotland, joining Subsea 7 as Vice President of the Integrated Remote Technologies division. Following the successful turn around of the division, Bill led the formation of the global Strategic Planning/Mergers and Acquisitions function for the Subsea 7 group. In September 2007, Bill returned to Houston with Subsea 7 as Vice President of Subsea 7’s North and Central America Region. |

Max Bergomi Max Bergomi joined Clough in February 2008 in the role of Executive General Manager, Business Acquisition. With an engineering background, Max brings significant global experience in engineering, project management and commercial responsibilities primarily in the oil and gas industry sector. His prior experience has been with Saipem and Maverick Tube Corporation and based in Milan, Houston, Jakarta and London. Max has a good knowledge of Clough from a period with the Saipem Clough joint venture. |

Rajiv Ratneser Raj Ratneser is a practicing solicitor and has been one of Clough’s legal counsel since March 2004. He was most recently Head of Legal for the Capital Projects and Asset Support business lines. Raj has over 10 years of legal experience in both dispute resolution as well as front end contract negotiation of large capital projects. He has extensive experience and knowledge in Clough’s major forms of contracting strategy including EPC, EPCM and Alliancing. He has been heavily involved with the negotiation and administration of many of Clough’s project contracts including in the oil and gas, civil infrastructure and mining and minerals markets. |

John Whitehand John Whitehand’s working career began in the accounting profession with Arthur Andersen & Co working in their Sydney and Perth offices before joining the RTZ group. He has worked in the mining industry for over fifteen years in a range of roles covering treasury, finance, marketing, and business development both in Australia and overseas. For the last twelve years John has worked in the engineering and construction sector in a range of operating, commercial and financial roles. He joined Clough in February 2001. John is a Trustee Director of the Clough Superannuation Fund and chairs the funds Risk Committee. |

Dennis Bagnoche Dennis joined Clough in August of 2008 bringing 26 years of Health, Safety and Environmental Management experience in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power Industries to his role as HSE Manager. |
