Montara Field Development - Offshore Facilities

Scope of work: Installation of a 24" pipeline and associate tie-ins and stalk-on risers within the B17 field development.

     
 

Chevron 2008 Pipelay Works
Client: Chevron Offshore (Thailand)
Location: Gulf of Thailand
Year: 2008
Scope of work: Clough completed the installation of 11 subsea pipelines in the Gulf of Thailand as part of Chevrons 2008 installation campaign. Each pipeline connects a new Wellhead Platform to a host facility. The campaign involved the installation of 8, 10, 16 and 20 inch pipelines, totalling 70 kilometres in length, in water depths of approximately 70 metres.

     
     
Maari Wellhead Platform (ACE Platform)

Location: Taranaki Basin, New Zealand
Year: 2008
Scope of work: Clough completed an EPIC contract for the Maari DrillACE platform (base, support structure and process deck) weighing approx 10,000 tonnes which includes a 145m high jacket, 50m x 55m topsides deck and suction base. The topside facilities include accommodation, crane and helideck are all fully installed during the initial fabrication phase.
     
  Angel Platform Topside Floatover

Scope of work: This engineering, construction and installation project entailed transportation and installation of the Angel topside module weighing 7,700 tonnes. The workscope included additional hook-up work for the module to the pre-installed jacket.
     
  Montara Topside Modules Fabrication

Scope of work: Fabrication of the topsides for the Montara wellhead platform. The topsides have an overall weight of approximately 700 tonnes.
     
  CNV Pipeline Installation

Scope of work: Transportation, installation and commissioning of two 26km subsea pipelines.
     
  Panna Field Development

Scope of work: An EPIC project consisting of project management, detailed engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance for three x four legged jackets and topside platforms in water depths ranging from 23m to 52m including four infield pipelines and associated risers.
     
  Chermingat-Belumut-Tinggi Field Development

Scope of Work: Installation of 20km of 10’/4’ piggy back pipelines (Chermingat) to BEL-A (East Belumut); the installation of 30km of 10” pipeline (BEL-A to TINGGI-A); and the installation of the 10” retrofit riser at Tinggi-A followed by Subsea tie-in spools. Additional Subsea spools installations at Talisman’s PM3-CAA Bunga Orchid field, including 6”, 10”, 4”, 12”, 18”, 24” and 26” risers and sub-sea tie-ins.

Scope of work: This EPC contract included design, fabrication and installation of three unmanned; offshore monopod structures; 80km of 24” diameter infield pipelines; brownfield tie-ins to existing facilities; major compressors reconfiguration; mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up assistance.
     
  Maleo Gas Field Project

Location: Madura Strait, Java, Indonesia
Year: 2006
Scope of work: This contract entailed engineering, procurement, construction and installation of 7.3km x 14” diameter gas pipelines, two of subsea manifolds, hot tapping and tie-ins to existing 28” pipeline, a protection structure to hot tap and pre-commissioning activities, in 55-70 metres of water depth.
     
  Yolla Field Project (ACE Platform)

Scope of work: Clough was contracted to carry out engineering, procurement, transportation, construction, installation and commissioning services for the BassGas Project. The overall scope of work included the engineering of an offshore DrillACE platform, gas plant, subsea pipeline, shore crossing and onshore pipeline. Procurement of all gas plant and offshore platform equipment/materials.
