“Clough gives their graduates the opportunity to work across different phases of projects, giving you a better sense of your strengths and weaknesses, which area you enjoy working in, and where your potential lies. They also support you with training and financial aid to expand and improve on your skills, gain chartered status, and provide you with invaluable networking opportunities”.

"The personal highlight of my three years with Clough's graduate programme has been my time on the Gorgon Project and working on Barrow Island. It's exciting to know you are working as part of the EPCM contractor for the biggest resources project ever undertaken in Australia."

"Since joining Clough two years ago I have been given the opportunity to work in Perth and Brisbane and I am currently working in Papua New Guinea on a major LNG project. The graduate program has been a great way to see new places, gain exposure to all aspects of major projects, from tendering to construction, and work with some of the world’s major oil and gas companies. The experience has been invaluable and it’s given me a great foundation to start my career from."

"Clough has a genuine desire to develop their graduates and the graduate programme to the highest standard, and I have seen this strengthen since I started as a graduate a year ago. For most of my first year I have been seconded to one of Clough’s joint ventures as an Implementation Engineer for an offshore production and storage facility. Soon I may be heading to the Clough Thailand office to gain some fabrication and tendering experience."

"Clough’s graduate programme has been a great kick start to my career in the offshore oil and gas industry. The fantastic attitude to graduate development and training through internal 6 month rotations and external training courses ensures a strong foundation of knowledge is established in my first year and beyond."

"My second week with Clough was on a major project out of Brisbane. I am now 2000m above sea level in the PNG Southern Highlands working on a gas conditioning plant build. There’s 800km of road and 21 bridges to construct, essentially replacing all the WW2 bailey bridges. As a Clough graduate engineer I’m also responsible for IT, cost control, HR, procurement, logistics, HSE and doc control. Everyday. That’s a Clough graduate experience!"
