Peter Bennett B.Eng (Mechanical)

Chief Executive Officer

Peter Bennett was appointed as CEO of Clough on 1 February 2016, bringing 26 years’ international experience in the oil and gas, LNG and infrastructure contracting service sector to the organisation. His experience spans contracting business process, operational and corporate leadership.     
Peter commenced his career as a graduate mechanical engineer with CB&I in Australia.  During his 26 year tenure Peter progressed through a diverse range of roles including engineering, project management, business development, operations management, corporate function management and general management.  Prior to joining Clough Peter was President, Oil & Gas International for CB&I, based in The Hague.
Peter has run multinational business divisions, and has implemented programs to significantly improve cost and operational performance while delivering workforce and order book growth.  He has managed global market expansion and M&A programs, and as the VP of Sales, he set new records for business secured for several successive years. 

Peter has lived and worked across all of Clough’s strategic growth regions, including Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America. 

Richard Simons

Richard Simons B.Com

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Simons commenced as Clough's Chief Financial Officer in June 2015. Richard was previously employed at Clough as Group Manager Corporate Finance & Treasury from 2005 to 2010 and, reporting to the CFO, was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating acquisitions and disposals, managing investments and raising equity or debt facilities to fund investments and projects. Since leaving Clough, Richard has broadened his financial and international management experience, holding the position of CFO and Company Secretary at Austal Limited, before joining Thrifty WA as Chief Executive Officer.

As a senior executive with more than 25 years management experience, Richard will have overall accountability for finance, accounting, payroll, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), information systems and supply chain, while managing our financial reporting obligations to Murray & Roberts.​

Rajiv Ratneser

Raj Ratneser B.Com, LLB

Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy

Raj Ratneser is a Construction Lawyer who commenced with Clough as Legal Counsel in March 2004, before being promoted to General Counsel in 2008. In February 2014, Raj was appointed Executive Vice President, HSSE and Corporate Governance and was responsible for administering the Corporate Governance framework for the group.  
At this time, Raj was also appointed to the Board of Clough Limited as an Executive Director.  He is also a Director of Murray & Roberts Australia Pty Ltd and Murray & Roberts Pty Ltd.
Raj currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy and leads the global business development, strategy, stakeholder relations, marketing, tendering and estimating functions of the group.  

Lana King

Lana King MHR & IR; BComm

Head of Human Resources

Lana joined Clough in 1998 and has held a variety of management roles across the Human Resources and Organisational Development division in both Perth and Melbourne. Lana was appointed as Clough’s Head of Human Resources in May 2016, and is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources strategies and processes that support Clough’s growth and transformation strategy.

Lana completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Human Resources at the University of Western Australia and has 17 years’ experience in both the Resources and Professional Services industries. Lana has extensive experience and expertise in the delivery of Human Resources strategies that develop, retain and motivate geographically dispersed workforces. She specialises in the organisational development activities that support the development of our people and leading change management process.  

Philip Cave

Philip Cave M.Eng (Civil), MBA, C.Eng, FICE, FIEAust, MIMarEst

Executive Vice President, Australia & Asia Pacific Operations

Philip has nearly 35 years of international construction leadership experience across the civil, marine, mining, power, nuclear and transport sectors.

With a reputation for finding innovative solutions to complex project problems, Philip was employed as General Manager – Gorgon by Leighton in 2013, to implement a change management program on the Gorgon LNG Jetty Project.

Prior to joining Leighton, Philip spent 30 years with Kier Group, a London Stock Exchange listed construction company. He held Operations and Managing Director positions with the organisation and prior to leaving was Managing Director of the Infrastructure and Overseas business.

He was also a member of the Executive Management Team, a Construction Division Board Executive Director and a Risk Committee member.

Philip has a Master of Engineering (Civil) from City University in London, and has an MBA from Henley Management College in Reading.

 Roberta Selleck

Roberta Selleck BSc, Grad Dip Environment Impact Assessment, education, OH​&S

Health Safety Security & Environment Manager - Corporate

Roberta is a HSSE professional with over 20 years’ experience in senior HSSE manager roles across the resource sector and has held roles in the oil & gas and mining industries site and corporate based.

Roberta joined Clough in August 2013 in her current role to support the design, development and implementation of Clough’s HSSE improvement strategy.  Significantly this has included developing the Clough Major Accident Prevention Program to address high risk construction activities undertaken by Clough.

Prior to joining Clough Roberta was the HSE Manager for the FMG Solomon Operational Readiness team which included the introduction of autonomous hauling strategy for mining at Solomon.

She has a bachelor of science, and graduate diplomas in environmental impact assessment, education and occupational health and safety.    

 Christian Ainslie

Christian Ainslie LLB; Grad Cert App Fin; GAICD 

Group General Counsel & Company Secretary

Christian is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for Clough Limited with more than 15 years’ experience in corporate, oil and gas and construction law.

Christian is responsible for all the governance activities across the Group including legal, compliance, company secretariat and assurance. Christian joined Clough in 2010 from King & Wood Mallesons with experience in a range of large-scale transactions involving international projects, company and asset acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.  He also spent 3 years in London working on international oil and gas transactions with a large American law firm.

During his time at Clough, Christian has been heavily involved with the negotiation of many of Clough’s large project contracts, the resolution of major project claims, formal dispute resolution and corporate governance activities across the Group.

 Rob Radici

Rob Radici BEng (Civil), Grad Cert Bus Law, LLM 

Head of Commercial, Supply Chain and Risk

Rob is a commercial and contracts professional with more than 20 years’ experience in building, major engineering and construction and oil and gas. In his current role, he is responsible for all commercial, supply chain and risk activities across the Clough Group including commercial input to proposals, managing claims, subcontract execution and management, insurance, corporate travel as well as facilities and real estate management.

Rob was a Clough Scholar and originally started with Clough as a graduate engineer where he worked on projects in Australia and overseas in the building, hydrocarbons and oil and gas divisions as well as in the corporate office. Rob re-joined Clough in June 2012 after successful contracts and commercial roles with Technip, Woodside and Buru Energy.

During his time at Clough, Rob has been heavily involved with the preparation and resolution of major project claims and formal dispute resolution across the Group. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Rob holds a graduate certificate in business law and recently attained his Masters in Construction Law from Melbourne University.
