Clough Group of Companies

Since 2008, Clough has been strategically repositioning its business, primarily in the oil and gas sector, with a growth strategy focussed on further strengthening our EPC capability regionally within gas projects.

In February 2009, in a strategic move away from non-core business activities, Clough announced the sale of Indonesian mining company Petrosea. Funds from the sale, which was completed in July 2009, are being used to accelerate growth strategy through investment and acquisition.

On a case by case basis Clough and Forge will work together to provide clients with an enhanced engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) capability and capacity relative to the oil and gas and minerals market.

Clough’s Coal Seam Gas division, established in April 2010, enables Clough operate in the coal seam gas market with a team of industry experts dedicated to providing EPC services to the burgeoning coal seam gas industry in Queensland.

Clough’s long-term relationship with AMEC, initially established in 2004, continues to provide engineering-led asset support solutions to onshore and offshore oil and gas projects throughout Australia and South East Asia, whilst our 45 year joint venture relationship with BAM International delivers design and construct services for marine loadout facilities related to major resource projects, specialising in LNG projects.
