Keith Spence Mr Keith Spence joined the Clough Limited Board in August 2008 and was as Independent Non-Executive Chairman in August 2010. Mr Spence brings over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including 18 years with Shell and 14 years with Woodside. During his tenure with Woodside Mr Spence held top executive positions with the company. Mr Spence currently holds a number of Board, council and advisory positions relating to the Australian energy, resources and education sectors. He chairs the Board of the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority and is Non-Executive Chairman of Geodynamics Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Verve Energy. He chairs the Critical Skills Investment Fund Advisory Board, the Australian Institute of Management (WA), the State Training Board of Western Australia and the Industry Advisory Board of the Australian Centre for Energy and Process Training. He is a member of the Board of Skills Australia and a member of Curtin University Council. Mr Spence is a member of the National Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Council which advises the Australian Government on the accelerated development and deployment of CCS in Australia. He was Chairman of the federal government’s Carbon Storage Taskforce and the Independent Assessment Panel for the Carbon Capture and Storage Flagships program reporting to the Minister for Resources, Energy and Tourism. He was also a member of the Policy Transition Group advising government on the implementation of the Minerals Resource Rent Tax arrangements. |

Kevin Gallagher Kevin Gallagher joined Clough as CEO and Managing Director on 3 November 2011. Mr Gallagher has 20 years experience in managing oil and gas operations in Australia, the USA and North and West Africa. A qualified mechanical engineer, Mr Gallagher commenced his career as a drilling engineer with Mobil North Sea, before joining Woodside in 1988. During his 13 year tenure with Woodside, Mr Gallagher led the drilling organisation through rapid growth, delivering several Australian and international development projects and exploration campaigns and setting drilling performance records whilst improving safety. He also led the Australian Oil Business Unit to record production and started two new development projects, while divesting non-core assets and increasing revenue and earnings. Prior to joining Clough, Mr Gallagher was responsible for production on Australia's largest resource project, the North West Shelf, where he set revenue and production records. |

Neil Siford Neil joined Clough in 2006 as Finance Manager for Capital Projects and Asset Support and held a variety of senior finance management positions before being promoted to his current position of Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of business and financial management experience gained in international organisations in the UK and Australia. |

Henry Laas Henry Laas is the Group Chief Executive of Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has extensive experience in the mineral resources and mining contracting sectors. As former Managing Director of Murray & Roberts Cementation and its predecessor RUC Mining Contractors for over 10 years, he played an instrumental role in the expansion of the Cementation Mining Group’s global footprint. Henry joined the Clough Board in July 2011 following the retirement of Non-Executive Director, Brian Bruce. |

Cobus Bester Cobus Bester is the Chief Financial Officer of Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years experience in the construction and engineering industry. He was the group Financial Director for Basil Read and Concor Limited for 3 and 6 years respectively and was appointed Managing Director of Concor in 2005. Concor was acquired by Murray & Roberts in 2006 and subsequently delisted from JSE Limited (previously the Johannesburg Stock Exchange). Corbus has been a Director of Murray & Roberts Limited since 2007 and joined the Clough Board in July 2011 following the retirement of Non-Executive Director, Roger Rees. |

Emma Stein Emma Stein is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair serving on the boards of listed company DUET (majority owner of the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline) and Programmed Maintenance Group. Ms Stein has considerable experience with industrial customers and comprehensive set of commercial skills in international energy and utilities markets, investments in long life assets and projects, and the upstream oil and gas sector. |

David Crawford David Crawford joined the Clough Limited Board in May 2011 as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Crawford is also President of the National Competition Council and Chairman of Export Grains Centre Ltd, Canola Breeders Western Australia Pty Ltd and HRZ Wheats Pty Ltd, and a Director of Grain Biotech Australia Pty Ltd and Grain Foods CRC Ltd. He is Chairman of the Board of Advisors of Curtin University Graduate School of Business and a management committee member of both educational and service organisations. He was previously Corporate Affairs Director of Wesfarmers Limited and held senior executive positions with Ranger Minerals NL and Western Collieries Ltd. Mr Crawford has also been a member and/or Chairman of a number of government and non-government committees in the agriculture and mining industries. |

John Whitehand John Whitehand's working career began in the accounting profession with Arthur Andersen & Co working in their Sydney and Perth offices before joining the RTZ group. He has worked in the mining industry for over fifteen years in a range of roles covering treasury, finance, marketing, and business development both in Australia and overseas. For the last twelve years John has worked in the engineering and construction sector in a range of operating, commercial and financial roles. He joined Clough in February 2001. John is a Trustee Director of the Clough Superannuation Fund and chairs the funds Risk Committee.
